Excellent customer service.

Had 2 cash ISAs with Shawbrook in 2024/25. Excellent rates and excellent customer service when I needed to contact them regarding transfers in/out. No lengthy waits or queues to speak with an agent. They have always been extremely helpful. Website very good also. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
