I found their website clear and easy to navigate.

I found their website clear and easy to navigate. When I had a query about my account, my phone call was answered without too much delay and no long recorded message to navigate. Their interest rates are always amongst the highest offered by bank and building societies. When I switched an I.S.A.to another provider, there was minimal delay and they kept me fully informed by email. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
