What I love about Shawbrook

What I love about Shawbrook; well, their customer service for one. Courteous, professional, and very helpful Staff means dealing with Shawbrook, in my experience, has been hassle-free & a pleasure. Equally important is the fact that their Customer Service is UK based, which, let's be honest, is a rarity in itself these days of out-sourcing overseas Staff. I find Shawbrook thoroughly reassuring as a Company to deal with. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
