A bank with great service

My wife and I have both had savings accounts with Shawbrook in the last few years. The interest rates are competitive and their website and procedures for opening accounts are user friendly. Email communication is consistently good and the bank is also easy to contact by phone with a prompt, friendly, professional service. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
