Easy banking

I have been with the bank for a few years now. It was easy opening my first account and have always found it easy to renew as and when if I want to. Any changes to Terms, Conditions, closing time at Christmas for example and maturing instructions have always been received with adequate notice. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

I have always found it easy to open, close or transfer accounts. Quite frequently offering a good interest rate. The only thing that really annoys me is the time it takes from pressing the log on button after entering all necessary info. and the account details appearing Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
