Used to have decent rates

Used to have decent rates but they’ve gone down now. Online banking is straightforward although the portal lacks features. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Mostly good

Mostly very good with decent interest rates. However they did not handle an ISA transfer well. They refused to accept my request of a transfer in to them (I told them in advance of the maturity date) because it was more than a month until the maturity date. When I repeated the request just under a month before the maturity date they faffed around for several weeks and my ISA was not transferred until some time after the maturity date and consequently I lost interest.
