Excellent Customer Service.

I am not confident about money management and banking and I had not heard of Shawbrook Bank until I saw it listed in a 'best interest rate' table. I contacted them before opening a savings account and the customer service was excellent. I appreciate that all the information is easy to find on the website and I don't get bombarded with offers and promotions. The website is easy to navigate and clear. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
