I had quite a lot of dept and since my stroke I had been unable to work and the debts where piling up. I contacted stepchange who helped me do an income and expenditure firm and suggested a debt management plan. I was so relieved a big burden had been lifted off my head and agreed an affordable monthly payment. I make an affordable monthly payment to Step change and they make the payments to my creditors. I would recommend this service to anybody really struggling with dept. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
