ISA Savings book updates no problem!

Clare was extremely helpful in providing an update to my ISA savings book for 15 years of interest. There was a minor issue with my first name being spelled incorrectly on the SRBS system but after providing my driving licence as proof of name and address this was resolved swiftly.
