So convenient, great customer service, everything you need in a bank

Metro Bank is so customer focussed. They stay open late for those of us that work in the day and can't make it to the bank, they treat you well in the branch, and they even look after your dog! Reviewed on: 6th January 2019

Easy to set up

Really simple to set up, and good value compared to competitors. Would be great to have a few more added benefits, but have found them to be trustworthy and decent customer service. Reviewed on: 13th September 2018

Cheeky

I used to love this credit card until they added a monthly charge. It has good cashback rates, but by the time you have paid the monthly charge, even the cashback doesn't make this back. As soon as my interest free period is over I will be leaving this credit card. Reviewed on: 4th January 2017
