Simple and smooth sign-up experience

I’m a new customer with Shawbrook Bank and recently opened a Cash ISA. The registration process was straightforward and easy to follow, with clear instructions at each step. Everything worked smoothly, and I was able to complete the application without any issues. As I’ve only just opened the account, I don’t yet have experience of how things work beyond the initial setup, but my first impression has been very positive so far. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
