Great customer service.

Great customer service. Zopa was the provider of my first credit card after a long time of thinking if I want one. Never had any issues, app works well and I get regular updates on credit limit increases. Great to see any loans pre-approved and the personalised APR. The only thing I would like to see if maybe having the option of balance transfer. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
