Barclays is an excellent bank

I have been a Barclays customer for over 30 years and I’ve never had any serious problem with them, I have always had great customer service, the website and app are easy to use, they are responsive when they’re a small problem, and I have had very good experiences with them with such things as obtaining credit for small loans, advice on data management, savings, so long. Would recommend highly and I can’t save it on generally a fan of the banks. Reviewed on: 18th January 2026
