I had to call Saffron after my account was locked, as I had got the password wrong. I spoke to Ali, who reset it for me and offered to stay on the line while I tried to log in again. I didn't take him up on this and predictably got something wrong again. When I rang back I was surprised to speak to Ali again - it's pretty rare to speak to the same person twice on helplines. He was very patient in explaining clearly what I needed to do and making sure that it worked this time. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026
