Review of the Leek Building Society, Mortgages:

the right product to help in difficult times. .

I wanted to help my daughter and her children to secure a new home for themselves after a very distressing divorce which left her with insufficient funds to buy herself. The Leek Building Society offered exactly the right product to help me do this, a Regulated Buy to Let mortgage. The mortgage offered was competitive with a 2 year discounted rate which they have renewed for further 2 year periods at the end of the original term. On every occasion that I have contacted them they have responded in a friendly but very professional and efficient way, giving me clear information about my mortgage options, about overpaying and paying off some of the balance remaining on the mortgage. I feel that I could contact them at any time with any questions about my mortgage and receive a response from a well-informed, helpful member of staff.
