My mortgage was up for renewal, with your mortgage offers given to me the offer was 4.8 which was high. My LVT was still set at 80% when in actual fact it was around 55% I called one of your staff asking for a review and possibly a better deal as my better LVT should have given me a better deal. They plainly said no other deal and didnt bother looking in to Reviewed on: 20th January 2026
