Good Customer Service

Overall the customer service is very good, there are a number of critical points that need to be addressed. Despite being constantly offered a new loan with lower a interest rate but as yet I have yet to find what the new rate would be despite asking many times, also I need to find the current settlement balance which I have asked for many times. Oakbrook need to operate with more clarity. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
