Nothing bad to say. 5 stars throughout

Missed a payment because I forgot it was due. The team whatsapped me to check if everything was ok -more concerned i was in financial difficulty than chasing for the money. I wasn't, but that made Oakbrook stand out for me. The company who puts customer before profit. 5star service through and through. Highly recommend to all. The only flaw I could pick, would be theres not an app to run your account. Other than that, not a bad word to say! Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

From enquiry to acceptance, it was simple.

From enquiry to acceptance, it was simple. I wasnt harassed, everything made simple, explained simple. Monthly payments are affordable and they give you a 'heads up'before payment is due. If you're like me and always busy, you've no idea the day of the week, never mind the date. Its like having a p.a without the astronomical wages. I cant miss a payment. Cannot recommend enough.
