signing in for the first time

Tried yesterday to get online for the first time. Pass word and ID did not work. Was timed out and then ran out of time to phone again that day. Worried about it all night. Phone again, this time I was taken through the full process step by step. All was fine The lady, Jay took me through the full process. Everything was fine. turns out the original temp password was only 9 characters not the full 10. Otherwise rating would have been full marks Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
