I have been with Halifax for a very long time. When I visit the branch the staff are really welcoming and very helpful. They are very kind and they listen to what I have to say. They are very informative and they help me to make the right choices. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

The customer service is really quick and easy.

I went to the bank a few days ago to set up a new account for my daughter. The member of staff that I spoke to was really kind and helpful. She was very informative and gave me and my daughter all the information we needed to make a decision about whether to choose this bank or not. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015
