100% very pleasant and approachable .

Any occasion i have had to query a transaction that i don’t recognise, i have been spoken to by a very pleasant representative of Zempler Bank who has talked me through my transaction and showed me that’s it is my memory that is going and that the charge against my account is a valid charge. They are quick to answer my calls and even quicker telling me the solution . Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
