Nothing really to complain about, it's a bank

Nothing really to complain about, it's a bank & it works for my lifestyle. It holds my money when I want it to & it gives it back when I want it to. Being honest, I use my Zempler account for online purchases & transfer funds into the account as/when I want to buy something - it beats giving these web sites my debit card information where where's an actual amount of money, given the security some of these sites employ. This way, if there is a breach & my details are stolen, they only get a few quid! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
