Within a minute of my call I was talking to a friend...

Within a minute of my call I was talking to a friendly and helpful person who quickly dealt with my questions about my regular saver account maturing. Five minutes later I had been through security and a new account set up for the next 12 months. If only all banking could be this easy. So nice to actually be able to talk to a person.
