Bait-and-switch insurer

Feels like a scam – stay away Quoted one price, then after the policy started 1st Central changed things retrospectively, increased the premium and added a £50 “admin” fee. This is not transparent insurance — it feels scam-adjacent and designed to extract more money after the sale. Judging by the volume of similar complaints online, this is clearly not a one-off. Avoid.
