Worse Bank EVER

Not enough, the interest is high but the customer service is the worst and completely useless! They answer calls after 30 minutes of waiting, if you’re lucky enough to get connected. My issue has been ongoing for 2 months now, despite being promised it would be solved within 5–10 working days. I’ve raised maybe 2 complaints, but they said someone may or may not look into them.
