First Time buyer, 5% deposit, adverse credit, approved!

We had a FTB Resi Purchase with 5% deposit and some adverse credit. All of the highstreet said no and specialist rates were a lot higher, I brought it to yourselves and was very pleasantly surprised that you could consider the case, and in fact it actually went all the way through to completion.
