Exceptional customer service, great interest rates.

My family and I have been using Saffron Building Society for many, many years. The staff in the branch are incredibly helpful, they know their customers by name and put the effort in to give great customer service. Customer service over the phone is also excellent. The Building Society offer extremely competitive interest rates including bonuses for members. Keep up the great work. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
