The staff at Saffron are brilliant!

The staff at Saffron are brilliant! Excellent customer service, whether I phone or go online. Nothing is too much trouble. Such as I never remember my account number, they are so patient and calm. I ask them all sorts of questions about savings, my savings accounts etc and they are great. I don’t live local to where they are based, but have been a Saffron Building Society member for more than 10 years, probably nearer 20! A great building society, friendly, helpful, informative and all round a great place to put my savings! Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
