We had an amazing experience with our mortgage advisors through Tembo. Both advisors (Glen Fulham & Callum Doherty) were incredibly helpful and generous with their time, especially Glen who we spoke to many times on the phone — they never made us feel rushed, and no question ever felt too small or silly. As first-time buyers, the process felt daunting at first, but they truly reassured us every step of the way with clear explanations and genuine support. They were super efficient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We felt completely looked after from start to finish and couldn’t be more grateful for their patience, professionalism, and kindness.
