Great customer support and their rates are always competitive. The rate on my account went up recently. When others are reducing. Reviewed on: 11th March 2026

The RCI website is really easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and patient, and their rates are very competitive. Although their rates fall when the market goes down, they always seem to be behind other banks in dropping the rate. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026
