I recently had a problem accessing my online bank account and rang for assistance. The employee of RCI Bank I spoke to was extremely helpful and we did eventually sort it out. She was very patient with me and ensured that I know there is a very good help line to help sort out problems. I also like that if the bank offers new customers an enhanced interest rate they also give it to existing customers. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
