Respectful, quick and empowering bank

I recently had an unfamiliar pending payment on my card, I contact them via the online chat and within what felt like no time at all the problem was resolved with a new card on the way. When in a similar situation with other banks I've felt powerless to protect my money and that wasn't the case at all with Mettle, they listened and acted swiftly! Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Speedy resolution to fraud!

I recently had a fraudulent payment in my account and it was resolved including a new card delivered with little to no effort and swiftly. Much better than experiences I’ve had with other banks! Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
