Review of the RCI Bank, Freedom Savings Account:

Competitive interest

I find that RCI is one of the few banks which keeps its savings rate competitive other banks typically have accounts which go obsolete and pay poor interest. As a result I have stayed with them. Their internet banking page is easy to use the only downside is that when transferring money to my current account this is not immediate and can take a working day before this occurs. Their App also no longer works on my phone as I have not updated my phone yet, which is inconvenient. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
