Banking App and fraud detection

Banking App is easy to work with and has the added support from the customer service team which is invaluable. For example I was making an online purchase whilst I was in Europe through what i thought was a legitimate website and Mettle stepped in and stopped the transaction, citing the provider as a known potential fraud issue. I used the web chat to ask what was the issue and the dialogue was very informative, to the point where I was satisfied that I agreed with their assessment and It prompted me to identify and use a different site for the purchase i needed to make.
