I would like to strongly recommend StepChange.

I would like to strongly recommend StepChange. I found myself in a very difficult situation few years ago not knowing what to do where to go no advice nothing. I was getting depressed and feeling like there is no help while I worked someone who came to my Work casually started talking to me about money situation to my surprise he did describe he himself had financial difficulties. I was surprised as I always valued this man as a very honest and successful man. I have expressed my fears about my finances and he told me what helped him was StepChange. I was surprised that he actually shared that with me but then I went on and started registering with StepChange. May I say all of the consultants and everyone I spoke to on Phone from StepChange were absolutely brilliant. I cannot say a bad word about the way they conducted themselves in the conversation and they’re sending my situation and being most helpful to adjust the payments and the budget I suppose at the beginning I was quite sceptical because I didn’t know where I was going with it but surely I have realised very quickly that I’m dealing with professional people who know what they are doing, I have been with StepChange now for a few years obviously I’m still paying my debt but I don’t feel fear anymore. I don’t feel scared anymore about money problems they are very respected company that will represent you and make sure everything is correct. It took off so much from my worries. I am now monthly paying what I can afford and no one is chasing me. I’m not getting any letters from creditors nothing absolutely recommending them to anyone who is struggling financially and is fighting themselves in a heart situation.
