Trying to get answers online is almost impossible an...

Trying to get answers online is almost impossible and very stressful, I was eventually given a refund from a company I used with no help from nationwide, it showed on my online account for a day then dissappeared showing I still owed all the full original payment, when I eventually got hold of someone from nationwide after a lengthy wait they told me that I did get the refund and stated the refund which was £100 short, when I questioned it, again after a lengthy wait I was told sorry typing error! There should be a way of seeing refunds until clear all the time online, not just for a day! I'm looking at sourcing another credit card company, I have zero trust or confidence in nationwide now.
