Excellent bank. Trustworthy and reliable.

I had huge problems with my previous bank. Utilities companies were allowed to take all my money out in one go via direct debits, even dough I informed the agreed amount to my bank. To get my money back I had to request official help from professionals in the financial sector. It didn’t happen once or twice. It became an ongoing problem. Deposits were a nightmare. Transfers use to take ages and the amount of fees charged were insane. It lead me to total despair and panic several times. I felt financially drained and betrayed. No control whatsoever over my own income. Revolut gave me total control over my finances. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help I received since day one. It’s easy to access, secure, no hidden fees. Transactions are simple and quick. I can have as many pots as I want so I can have all my money organised. No dramas. No games. Thank you!
