Very good app and good rates

Very good app, have not used the customer service so cannot fully rate. Cash ISA rates were very good, later dropped a bit but still good. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026

Reply from Trading 212 Thank you for the positive review. We're glad you're satisfied with our app and interest rates. Our Cash ISA interest rate tracks the Bank of England’s base rate. Any changes to the base rate will be reflected in your rate accordingly. Since the recent changes, the BoE base rate is now 3.75%, which is why our Cash ISA interest rate is 3.60% AER. Still, we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to look for ways to improve our services. Response date: 10th February 2026
