Absolutely appalling experience with Admiral.

Absolutely appalling experience with Admiral. I was quoted a higher renewal price on my multi-car policy, so I challenged it and was “generously” offered £150 off. Out of curiosity, I then went online — still with Admiral — and got a quote as a new customer that was over £300 cheaper than my renewal. So let’s be clear: loyal customers are penalised, while new customers are rewarded. There is zero loyalty and zero integrity in their pricing. Their own system proves they were overcharging me — and would have happily continued to do so if I hadn’t checked. My advice: never auto-renew with Admiral. Cancel and re-quote as a new customer or go elsewhere entirely. Ridiculous business practice and a complete waste of time. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
