Good app with great customer service!

Good app with great customer service! The UI is nice and easy to use which makes checking your accounts easy. Statements are also easily generated and usually quite clear. I particularly like the pockets system, which makes spending easy. That said, I think the best feature on the app is the excellent customer service. I have had to raise disputes and the Revolut team is quick and helpful to respond. The one thing I would flag is the fact U18s cannot open savings accounts, which seems illogical. Apart from that, I have had no issues with the app. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
