Long term member, happy to keep with them

So I have left a neutral feedback for customer service because I have not personally had to get in touch. But for me this all springs towards a very positive review for Tembo as there have been no issues I've experienced requiring me to get in touch. The app layout at first glance when I joined was a little complicated, it required you set a savings goal for the LISA before you could really get into the app, not something I feel should be forced on its customers, but aside from that my experience with Tembo has been great, quick to process payments or withdrawals, easy visibility of the money I have saved and there is a lot of features on offer easily navigated to if you wanted to make use of them Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
