Great LISA interest rate.

I started using their lifetime ISA in August 2025 and I was given £100 after putting £500 and I also get extra interest in conjunction to the government bonus making me more eager to complete my £4000 limit before April so I can complete my mortgage before the deadline which is 31/12/26.
