Friendly but slow

Overall a good experience. The biggest issue is the regular back and forth conversations required before accepting a loan. Seems like a lot of cost cutting carrying out manual processes as opposed to using automation. Nothing wrong just haven’t gone the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Also never experienced a company that choose to contact your employer. Should take into account the sensitivity of customers personal information. The recording of phone calls should be paused when conversing bank information ie 16 digit card numbers. If your company got hacked and someone gained access to your telephone recordings, all customers information would be accessible. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2019
