Great value for money, and prompt customer service.

Great value for money, and prompt customer service. I recently had an issue with a digtial service that would let the business unsubcribe from and Mettle was able to help me out straight away. Other features I have found increbibly helpful is the sync with Free Agent, and automatic transfers to saving pots when income comes in. This makes keeping track of Tax really easy. Love the ease of set up.

Setting up a business account was so straight forward and I love the integration with Freeagent. This made it easy to set up and manage my business practice. The only draw back has been some clients are not aware of Mettle and worry about it not being real bank. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
