Easy app, relevant info, awesome customer service

The Tembo app is so easy to use – getting started is effortless. I love how simple it is to check my progress, and the monthly emails letting me know when my interest has landed are a great touch. The newsletters are also really useful, keeping me updated on changes in laws around LISAs and mortgages, without all the confusing political mumbo jumbo. I’ve made use of customer care once when I had issues receiving my OTP, and that too was friendly, efficient and on-point! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
