Prompt and courteous customer service.

Tembo made the transfer of my LISA simple and straightforward. When there was an issue with the payment of the government grant, their customer service/ resolution team really gripped the issue thoroughly, ensuring that the bonus was eventually paid, paying backdated interest and providing compensation for the delay. They were always responsive, replying courteously within a day of an email question or request. The app similarly makes managing and tracking your money easy. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
