Review of the Tembo Money, Lifetime ISA:

Tembo is great

I originally had my money on a stocks and shares ISA with another provider, but I needed the security of my money not being able to decrease as I was buying a property alone. The process to move my money was really easy on Tembo's side and they helped me chase up my old provider who were definitely a lot more awkward and old fashioned when it came to dealing with everything. My money being with Tembo made me feel a lot more secure with it's value, and it had the best interest rate at the time of transferring. They also offer a free mortgage broker service for members, and I also will receive a bonus on completion which I know I will appreciate when I move. I have found everyone very nice and helpful, and they have been willing to explain everything to me in really simple terms. I have also appreciated the fact that they have taken into consideration my preferred form of communication - which is email, and don't force telephone conversations on me unless absolutely necessary for the task at hand.
