I have never used an online bank before so was a lit...

I have never used an online bank before so was a little apprehensive. My experience has been very straightforward. Everything I need is on the app. For example, products available, monthly tracking of interest my cash ISA is making accumulative daily amount of interest. I receive notification in advance of interest changes to my ISA. I am also able to interact via online chat or by contacting tembo via the telephone if needed. Tembo have managed to maintain a competitive interest rate despite national reduction in interest rates on various savings accounts. Hence the reason I have stayed with Tembo and my cash ISA.
