I recently went through the mortgage process with Tembo, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Throughout the journey, I had the pleasure of being supported by Callum Doherty and Bethany Lawrence, each providing guidance in different areas of the process. Their help was impeccable — they checked in regularly, always made themselves available to answer our questions quickly, and ensured we understood each step clearly. It seems like I am not the only one, many other customers have echoed similar praise for Tembo advisers' clarity, patience, and responsiveness, and our experience was no different.
