PayPal is very easy to use, and essential service

PayPal is very easy to use, gives you a hub basically with all your payment options instead of having to type them all in again on different sites, their credit features are useful, pay in 3 is convenient for spreading essential purchases like a washing machine, instead of having to settle for a less decent one, or their basic credit account can be used for payment spreading Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Good credit card but customer services need improvement

Good all round credit card for general use for all credit ratings but the ways yiu have to contact them needs drastic improvements its basically only love chat and thyley take forever to reply so if you have a general question be ready to wait for over a good hour for it to be answered Reviewed on: 14th January 2023

Good bank but needs improvement

Good banking app, customer services need more training, more features for people with less than perfect credit would be good like other banks have. Being able to pay in a check via photo like every other bank can would be brilliant, you have 0 branches but yet hsbc and others you can take a photo of a check. Sort that out monzo come on.
